A "Memorandum of Understanding" was signed with the Goethe Institute on 21 June 2019.

"German Teachers Professional Development Program" in cooperation with the Goethe Institute (80 German teachers participated in a 2-week training in November 2019 and 20 German teachers participated in a training in Germany between 11-19 November 2019)
